LAROCK

Lizzie Larock is a writer, photographer, and positive psychology–based coach who helps people snap out of autopilot and start living like they mean it. She’s worked with everyone from CEOs and lawyers to wild adolescents and skeptical accountants—proving that creativity isn’t just for “artsy” types. (Yes, even you with the spreadsheet.)

Her fine-art photography has been featured in galleries — she shoots almost everything on her iPhone, which is either wildly impressive or mildly infuriating to anyone hauling around a big fancy camera (don’t worry, she has those too). Through her signature Life Feast mashup of curiosity, awe, mindfulness, and photography, Lizzie helps people see the world—and their own lives—through a whole new lens.

As co-founder of Art of Life Creativity Retreats, she’s led over 200 travelers on creative adventures around the globe. This will be her 3rd retreat in Morocco. 

Last spring, she had an absolute blast leading our Morocco retreat—especially zipping through Marrakech in vintage motorcycle sidecars, soaring in the hot air balloons and lounging at the henna tattoo party. On this retreat, you’ll probably catch her photographing tile patterns, doorways and all those cute camels, reminding you that the tiny details of life are often the most extraordinary.
